Nonsense - that case was about Louisiana holding elections BEFORE election Day.

Isn't that what is going on here? Mail-in ballots arriving and being counted before and after election day and not on the SPECIFIC DAY?

ALL states have now certified their election results.

Missouri and Hawaii were the last to certify.
