Looks like there was a collision between a car and a semi with a flatbed. Or a car bomb that sent the victim careening into two other vehicles.
A very basic forensic examination should be able to disprove the "car bomb" scenario. I do hope the investigators address that question. It is very unusual for cars in a wreck to explode in flames.
