If someone breaks down my door and comes in carrying a firearm, I guess I should offer them cookies and milk.

The bill should be called the felon protection act.

They do this in england. I remember one case where the burglar jumped out a window to get away from the homeowner and injured himself. He sued... Other stories have the homeowners being arrested.
