well, since vermont is lib, yes...censorship is the in thing.
To make an attempt to steal the election is an act of war.
Oh yeah, if that was true, Barr would have prosecuted them, right? </s>
I would assume the EO from 2018
has been put in play?
Hopefully the Kracken woke up
hungry.
With Trump announcing Powell’s
independence of his legal team,
I believe that it dispels any
conflict of interest, if she is
indeed a Military Attorney. All
is not as bad as it seems, but
I’m certainly not of legal mind.

You must be living in a cave. Barr’s DOJ dropped all charges against Flynn — after the man was financially ruined and the federal judge refused to comply.
We certainly agree that charges should have been filed against the perpetrators. Unfortunately, we have a two-tiered system in this country. Several in the FBI admitted to authorizing spying on many in the Trump campaign which is a clear violation, but no cases filed (even with admissions).
There’s a big difference representing a military member as a civilian lawyer. She is not a military lawyer.

Well sort of, go back and review how they did that, it wasn't compelling. With this Judge however it likely wouldn't have mattered anyway. Sidney has the same problem because they apparently wanted to keep this hanging until after the election no matter who won.
I think they hoped they would successfully steal the election and force Trump to pardon Flynn and not risk a favorable outcome for Flynn, the motive would be to destroy any political future. Very hard to get Justice when the Judges are corrupt and they are. Appeals are very, very expensive and few can afford them.
Right, not the only crime but the only crime that is defined.
A point that wasn’t mentioned but was probably meant?
Bribery, Felony,(huh?)Breach of Peace(whatever the heck that means today) are mentioned.
Are they Crimes? I’m thinking if they are mentioned, yeah they are crimes.
Is everything under Powers Denied Congress a crime if violated?
