Diplo guy needs to contact Team Trump, Project Veritas, and also file a lawsuit using 42 U.S.C. Section 1983.
I loved reading his blog years ago. Smart, funny and really knowledgeable
Science hates anecdotes—even when there are millions of them!

W. Lewis Amselem, long time US Foreign Service Officer; now retired; served all over the world and under all sorts of conditions. Convinced the State Department needs to be drastically slashed and reformed so that it will no longer pose a threat to the national interests of the United States.
If you live in NC, worth checking out to see if you may have voted already voted by mail. Happened twice to this family.
LOL! True!
:-)
What am I missing?
This exact thing happened to my friends who voted early and hand walked their ballots in, made sure with the BOE employee that all was good before they both sealed their envelopes. They voted early as they are spending a month with their sons and grandchildren that they haven’t seen since last December.
They got notices that their ballots were invalid. New ballots were mailed to them and they have yet to receive them.
I have checked my voting status a few times (latest this afternoon) and it is not recorded. I voted in person on election day. There is a little note at the top saying it may take a week or so to be updated. For some reason, I am not feeling confident due to experiences like this I have read and the fact that NC has been putting off counting votes (hoist red flag here).
I want to know if I voted and if so, for which candidates...
No it doesn’t. Science doesn’t hate anecdotes.
Anecdotes are what gets research started.
But who cares about science. You know who really loves anecdotes?
The court of law!
Some states allow an in-person vote to overwrite a mail in ballot, while other states (like NC) deem any vote after a mail in ballot is received as an invalid vote, requiring a provisional vote to be managed through some useless process.
Keep in mind that it was the policy of many localities to NOT count late arriving ballots, even if permissible (think military and other overseas voters), if the amount of votes would not affect an election result. A cost saving measure, they said.
To me, an accurate vote count is one of the few things that we require our government to do correctly.
And they won't work to play by the rules, once in power.
More accurately, they know that multiple votes were cast under their voter registration.
Wonder if they could find out what the vote was that was deemed accepted ... but I bet we could both guess the answer.
You can go to www.voterrecords.com and see if your vote counted, when you voted and if was in person or mail in.
Their ballots are listed as ‘pending cure’.
They still have not received their new ballots which were mailed out around Oct. 20.
I checked Both Mine and the Mrs Voter info on the on the Voter Information Page on 11/04 and Both of Our Votes were correct and listed as "Republican".
After reading this Thread I decided to look again.
Now Mrs simply says "Accepted".
Mine has FREAKING WENT POOF !!!! AND THERE IS NOTHING WITH THE DATE OF 11/03/2020 ON MY RECORD !!!! I have Voted every Election be it Local/State or Federal since I moved to NC back in 08/2011 and 2012 was My 1st Vote in NC.
GONNA BE ON THE PHONE IN THE AM...
Sounds like someone voted their unused absentee ballots, causing a duplicate and invalidation of the vote. Looks like a glitch in “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics”. (Biden)
Hey mabarker1
I just checked mine and it said, active. I had checked prior to voting to be sure I was registered (even though I have voted in NC for 25 yrs now) and it was OK but I dont remember what the status said.
it’s who counts the votes...
Yeppers. commie scum.
I never had any problems with My Votes in the 32 years after I was elegible to Vote. (Turned 18)
The Founding Fathers have got to be spinning at Warp Speed with all this crap going on.
I just got up a little while ago so it’s to late to be calling the NCSBOE today.
