Well, I can see why being near the Constitution , and in a facility meant to honor and educate people about the U.S. Constitution would bring on great stress and distress to Joe Biden (and all his ilk).
Much like garlic and Holy Water to a Vampire, and Silver to a Werewolf, the Constitution is an anathema to the modern Democrat.
If you took as many days to smoke a Lid as he does you’d be coughing and short of breath too.

There’s little question that relatively few people will be voting for Biden, but there will be millions voting against Trump. Hopefully not enough to defeat him, however. But then there’s the mail-in fraud factor, so who knows!

64 here too and I’ve heard of it. It’s just that officials and candidates seldom do it. I’m thinking holidays so the press can go spend them with family, situations such as that.
Of course wearing that worthless black mask also likely causes him to be out of breath, but he maybe has more going on physically. Not to be cynical, it could be an act ...a public prelude to him coming down with COVID conveniently right before the debate. The COVID excuse could however backfire as it would only call attention to his age and physical health. If he is too sick to debate is he too sick to lead the country? The COVID panic narrative also says that getting it is tantamount to a death sentence particularly if you are Joe’s age. Joe has also scrupulously isolated himself in his basement, is never seen without a mask and every event he attends is social distancing to the extreme. If poor old Joe gets COVID what good is the mask and social distancing?
I am 76, nearly as old as Joe, have had pulmonary fibrosis for ten years or longer and was told in August of ‘18 that I had six months to two years to live so I am supposed to be dead now. My lungs are so shot that I am on oxygen twenty four hours a day and have been told that I am in the early stages of dementia.
I have zero doubt that I would be a better candidate for president than Joe Biden even though the idea of my being a candidate for president is, to any sane person, absurd.
