This isn’t “joining in” and adding to the fire, fighting back is how you put OUT the fire.
That only works if the system is holding up its end of the bargain. So far, That’s not happening.

I was discussing Rittenhouse with a friend on Facebook. I said the government abdicated its responsibility so people are forming militias. He said it doesn’t matter who started first. I responded yes it does, when government fails to enforce the rule of law and people’s lives, and property are threatened then either BLM/Antifa or militias will fill the void. I would rather patriotic militias because once order is reestablished control goes back to government.
I’m OK with letting leftist cities like Portland discover and experience for themselves the results of their failed liberal politics. Portland and similar cities are setting clear examples of what unchecked liberalism ultimately leads to. Elections have consequences, as they say.
If Portland isnt your house, then you need to stay where you are.
People like you are the ones that go in all hot, and then end up in jail, limping out or dead, because for as tough as you think you are, you arent going to change one damn thing by getting in the middle of that dump.
Yeah, anyone who’s not an extreme lefty should know enough that it’s time to get the heck outta Dodge (was time decades ago) and should ave packed their bags by now. (If they haven’t already fled).
If the Dem cities want to rebuild in the distant future, they’ll have to have non-Dem leadership running things.

I think the country would fall deeper into a factional abyss. Then, I’m afraid, the military will have to get involved. Then, who knows what we’ll end up with after that. I think the govt needs to find out right now who is coordinating and paying for this rebellion, and deal with them with prejudice. Their actions are in no one’s interest.
It is such a complex situation for our side. Damn if we do something or don’t. Unfortunately,the left holds the cards and they cheat as we play by rules.
