This is Joe’s THIRD run for the Presidency and I think he resented the ‘H’ out of Hillary’s gift of it in 2016. Count the number of times that the VP has NOT RUN in the 8th year! The only possible reason I can come up with is that Biden is so far gone mentally that the Party bosses can control him like a puppet. Then have Kamelbreath in the Oval Office for 11 and 1/2 years when she replaces him within 6 months via the 25th Amendment. To paraphrase Tom Clancy from The Hunt For Red October, ‘The Democrats don’t take a dump son without a long term plan’.
