Link to study that shows better Quercitin absorption with sunflower based lecithin. The Japanese sophora I mentioned is just a natural source of Quercitin. It's the sunflower lecithin that improves absorption.
I am unable to find a study that shows Bromelain increases absorption of quercitin. Not saying it's not helpful and if I had only regular Quercitin I would certainly look at using another natural product to see if absorption could be improved.
Interesting observation.
I HAD been taking 30 mg of zinc, after dinner, with no problem.
We just switched to 50 mg, after lunch...and, I did feel a bit queasy, earlier today. (Morning sickness was a great description.)
Will readjust back down to the 30 mg and see if it makes a difference.
Thanks for posting that side effect.
The study (about Q w/Bromilian) was from several months ago, on one of the CV threads.
The Q we were taking did not have Bromilian.
Someone posted a link to a highly bioavailable Q, that I cannot find, now. It may have had the lecithin that you’ve mentioned.....not sure.
If I can find that link/brand of bioQ, I’ll check and post back to you.
BKMRK.
