Just got off a company townhall meeting and got treated to 2 black employee props to tell their stories of how racism impacted their lives and how terrible America is....and how they were followed and daughter was beaten by police and how a they were ignored at a restaurant because “sorry we didn’t see you” (yeah that NEVER happened to me as a white person...never!) and all of it is just effing Gospel that it’s because they are black! The old white CEO made himself out to be soooo virtuous because even in the 60s he hung out with a bunch of blavk people in a dorm room and they told him “ when you leave here you go out to a white world, when we leave we go back to a black world”. It sounded so made up! This is just too much. I know they will plan some big guilt trip training session. The training lawyers are going to cash in on this big time...watch!
