Every single person who is seen to have committed crimes during the rioting should be tracked down and charged with domestic terrorism and looking at a year per offense, no exceptions. Sure they won't be able to find lots of them, but they can identify enough of them through video and eye witness to prosecute so the threat alone would be a big deterrent to others in the future.

This has to stop. This is not protesting, it's an excuse for violence, theft and terrorism.
