The word “quarantine” comes from Italian history.
“Quaranta giomi” means forty days.
In ancient Italy when a ship arrived in port with an infection running on it the Italians made the ship stay away from the docks and no one come off the ship for forty days.
That is how we got “quarantine”.
So from ancient Italy to do today, there must be something natural to forty days when in comes to communicable infections running in a population.

The Law specified a maximum number of lashes a man could receive for a crime, setting the limit at 40 (Deuteronomy 25:3).
The Israelite spies took 40 days to spy out Canaan (Numbers 13:25).
The Israelites wandered for 40 years (Deuteronomy 8:2-5).
Before Samson’s deliverance, Israel served the Philistines for 40 years (Judges 13:1).
Goliath taunted Saul’s army for 40 days before David arrived to slay him (1 Samuel 17:16).
When Elijah fled from Jezebel, he traveled 40 days and 40 nights to Mt. Horeb (1 Kings 19:8).
The number 40 also appears in the prophecies of Ezekiel (4:6; 29:11-13) and Jonah (3:4).
In the New Testament, Jesus was tempted for 40 days and 40 nights (Matthew 4:2). There were 40 days between Jesus’ resurrection and ascension (Acts 1:3).
Whether or not the number 40 really has any significance is still debated. The Bible definitely seems to use 40 to emphasize a spiritual truth, but we must point out that the Bible nowhere specifically assigns any special meaning to the number 40.

Your chart shows a death per million for Sweden of 418, lower than 5 other countries that implemented an economy killing quarantine. How can this be the highest death rate in the world per 1mm?
The other factor to consider is reports show that a huge number of the Covid-19 related deaths in Sweden are in MUSLIM IMMIGRANT communities, that live in close quarters to each other and do not practice the same disciplined social distancing as the native Swedes.
The other 4 Scandinavian countries do not have the huge number of muslim immigrants as Sweden.
Also, the question that cannot be answered is would this death rate have been LOWER had Sweden implemented the same stringent economy killing lockdown as all the other countries?
The ancients had one thing that was natural to them that modern humans don’t. They had a long natural history in the natural world, and they always handed down the record (memory) of past observations, and added them to their observations, year after year, century after century, millennium after millennium. So much of their knowledge was acquired, by natural observation. They trusted it because they knew what they accepted about it had been observed constantly in the past by all their ancestors.
Modern humans have lost not only our connections to nature, and the ability to acquire knowledge by natural observation as opposed to “science”. Modern humans wait for their “scientists” to use “science” to discover what their ancestors knew and handed down to later generations - until we started forgetting it, replacing it with “education”.
