This has FBI idiots written all over it except for the Jan 5 White House meeting where The President seems to be in charge. Isn’t he the one so proud of the buck stopping at his desk? I’m quite ok with him owning it.

I have to agree with “too stupid and lazy” — there’s no way he could have laid out detailed strategy and tactics. But he could have launched it with a broad strategic suggestion and let Clapper, Brennan et al run with it.

Can they make him an evil Republican who opposed same sex marriage saying “I can’t go there, god is in the mix”?

"Obama was not only aware of the coup against candidate, then President, Donald Trump, he was in on it. "
Did he have anything to lose? Looks like he's profited mightily since leaving office. Its long past time to take the profit out of sedition.

If somebody doesn’t hang for this, then they better have a good excuse for even thinking of prosecuting the next case that comes along. I don’t see where there is anyone in politics that is “too big to fail”. Not prosecuting some in this case to the full extent of the law sets a terrible precedent for the DOJ.

Soebarkah should have been removed within several weeks of usurping the presidency (if not sooner).
Then, he was re-elected four years later.
Zero percent chance he is prosecuted.

.and the reason he's untouchable? Many (most?) (R)'s in the fed gov at the time would be implicated in allowing him to usurp the presidency.
Yes, there are many in politics who are "too big to fail."
They are above the law.
