there’s maybe 80 deaths spread across the 4th largest county in the US & Texas as a state has some 511 deaths per the governors presser yesterday.

For those that don’t know, in Texas, the leader of county government is styled ‘judge’.
I escaped the Houston area in the early 1990’s. I first moved to a nice neighborhood just north of FM 1960 in Humble in 1986, but I saw that wasn’t far enough to escape the river of crap that was headed north. So, I moved 200 miles all the way out to the farm and took my money, guns, and sanity with me. Except for the fact that I still have relatives there, I’ve never looked back.
Fine. As long as I am working at home, Harris County is a no-go zone for me.
And when it is time to go back to the office, Harris County is for work only. I will not spend one dime in that county as long as Hidalgo is Party Secretary.

It’s not about whether the master effective or not, it’s about making sure people obey the will of the government. before the government needed more mass so they wanted people not to use them, now they want to force people to use them. Whether they’re healthy or not is irrelevant.
