The mortality rate for non Chinese is lower because:

Few elderly travel to China
Few people with other illnesses travel to China
Good medical care is available for now outside China
Population density is lower outside China, where travelers are from
People from slums don’t travel internationally, rule of thumb

Yep.

And I’m guessing the deaths are through the roof. I had a teacher in high school who told us, “whatever the lying commies tell you, multiply that by 10 to 100 times...and that’s your answer.”
