Condoms have two basic purposes. One is to prevent pregnancy, the other is to prevent transmission of STDs.
If, by passing out defective condoms, Planned Parenthood has quite possibly put people at risk for disease.
A few lawsuits, or even a class action suit, would be interesting.

Good catch. Ihave some anecdotal evidence that PP was handing out poor quality condoms in the 1970s, and the issue came up inthe 1990s.
I wonder how the condoms they sell/give away currently do in quality/effectiveness testing. I would not be surprised if they still sell defective condoms; after all, high quality condoms would drastically cut into their bottom line.
Enabling 1500 girls to avoid “unwanted” pregnancy is not nearly as profitable as committing 1500 abortions.

Why would an organization that kills babies want to prevent pregnancies? By selling rubbers with holes in them, they have ready-made customers who never wanted the baby in the first place.
