Congress can disagree with SCOTUS. And Congress can disagree with the POTUS.The consequence of disagreeing with both of the other branches - and of the Senate as well, tho, might be pretty painful comes Nov. 3.
Yes, they can do whatever they want.
Which is one of the things they claim to be impeaching the president for.
Can’t have a king blah, blah, blah.
But we can have Queen Nancy over there in the House no prob.
They are naked hypocrites, and they do not care at all. They will destroy anything and anyone to get their way.
