Income tends to be taxed where it’s earned. Unless he moves the HQ of the Trump Organization to Florida too then he’s going to be paying New York taxes on his income from the company.

Trump will still pay taxes to NY entities because of all the property he owns in the state. The FL move will change his income tax situation, etc.
