I feel whomever wrote that had no class.
I was also on FR that day... it ran sluggishly, but we got through it. I remember that also being the day that the “news crawl” appeared on all the 24/7 cable news stations. It hasn’t left since. It still gets me today, and I record and watch all the specials every year. I recall watching all the loved ones photos being put up in vain by family members and friends. We lost one of our own that day - BKO - Barbara Olsen on Flight 77.

Yea we did. One day an acquaintance was spouting the insane theory that it was a missile that hit the Pentagon and that GWB ordered it.
I said “Okay, then. Where is Barbara Olsen?”
“Who?” He asked me.
“The wife of the Solicitor General of the United States. They’re close friends of the Bush family and she was on that plane. So you’re saying that the President of the United States ordered the cold blooded murder of the wife of one of his best friends. That’s your theory?”

I had just come home from making the school run and rushed to start making a birthday cake without turning on FOX news as was normal. My best friend called moments later telling about the first plane and I said it had to be that Bin what’s his name. We were on the phone together most of the day since she was at work without a tv. I associate her death shortly after with 9/11. Thought of her first thing this morning same as I do every year.

We watched Fox News as the horror of that morning unfolded, and found much comfort from those who posted here that day.
John died a few months later, and I once again found comfort in the kind posts of so many Freepers.

My Sister worked in the South Tower, and, by a miracle was able to get out. She finally got a ride on a bus to Staten Island. As they went through a Muslim neighborhood in Brooklyn, they saw people were celebrating the attacks in the streets. They taunted and cursed the people on the bus and promised them that there was more to come. They will strike again, here in America. They come in through our Southern Border courtesy of the Democrat Party, the home of those who blame America first, and teach the world that America is guilty of everything. It is the Left that is so determined to keep the border open. Why?
On NPR 3 of the planes ‘crashed’ and one ‘landed in shanksville PA.’ At least it wasn’t “some people did some things.”
I don’t think we will ever actually forget. More importantly, perhaps, is that we never forgive. All anti-American hatred, whether domestic Democrats, or Antifa, or foreign sources like Islam, must never be forgiven and every effort made to defeat them.

Horrible the monsters were celebrating. Yes, they have kept their promise and are continuing to attack innocent US citizens. We had an 18 year old soldier friend who was in one of the kiddo’s class die over there.

And there is hardly a mention of this in today’s public school history classes. Only garbage about “La Raza”, “diversity”, “equality”, “reparations”, “racist”, etc. THIS is how the next attack will find its genesis...you can’t forget what you never learned.
