Uh, no: who gets kicks out of watching other people exercise?

Need to get outside and do the exercise ourselves.

The traditional stick and ball sports and motorsports we have are struggling to sell tickets.

Young people are now paying big money to go watch other people play video games. They don’t go to races or football games.

I get it. Some folks in smaller cities would like to take their kids to a pro basketball or baseball game. That’s what’s good about the minor league system—it enables more such cities to have a pro ball option in town. Just stop with the government funding of the facilities!

More of the ones Americans actually WANT to go see, sure. Less of ones like the WNBA.

And no tax dollars to subsidize them.

Way too many already. Sports are turning our society into couch potatoes. Plus most all of the sports games and racing are so boaring.

Each of the major sports leagues are at 30+ teams now. That means over 120 teams already. That means almost every day of the year there are games going on. If one is crazy enough one can get cable packages for each of the leagues to actually view all the games. On top of that there are soccer packages to watch Euro leagues and on and on and on. One of the reasons I stopped caring about most of this was over saturation of everything to the point nothing was that special anymore and you just got numb to everything.
