Actually, I should correct my post to read “Project 1932”, as that was the year Uncle Walter got his dubiously earned Pulitzer Prize.

What you say is true for normal Americans reared at a time when the public school system had not gone full communist. There are a lot of young skulls full of mush for whom this NYT series will resonate and they will be hearing “Trump Racist” nonstop the next 16 months and yelling “Yeah!”.
