I sense a pattern here. “Police put their lives on the line every day” or so we’ve been told, but they don’t. I didn’t sign up to be a cop so I’m not required to enter a building to save innocent lives.

As the step parent to 2 sociopathic kids adopted out of foster care, and having spent countless number of hours attending their mental health sessions (behavioral counseling and psychiatric sessions) it is really pointless. Once the child reaches 13, they have the right to decide if they want you to attend their sessions as well as continue to take medication. Even if they take their meds, I was lucky mine did, they will stop once they are out of the house. Again, mine stopped as soon as they went out on their own.
Now every time I hear or read the news of some crime, that I know they are fully capable of committing, I listen or read for their name,
