In a couple days we are traveling the airlines and I want to take my 15 pound dog. I called the airlines and they are very specific that for the last flight I have to stuff an 18 inch dog into a carrier no longer than 13 inches. And she must be pushed under the seat in front of me and kept zipped up tight. No little peaking head allowed. However any person can hop the fence and bring their crap with them.
