I thought the clear implication was that she was in favor of busing, and was targeting Joe Biden for his opposition to forced busing.

There been marching leftward for decades and largely getting away with it. With the help of the media there is very little drag on ANYTHING they say or do. They’re going crazy because they’re not ever gettin slapped hard.

Yep. My 9 yr old son and his finds say “That’s racist”, nonsensiclly, in mocking, ironic tones to ANYTHING you say to them.
