He could be suffering from dementia. I’m not being funny or disrespectful here. Sometimes when dementia begins an old guy will act out in sexually inappropriate ways (I hate to think of what that means in Biden’s case). I heard of one senile old guy who groped women at a shopping mall. So now Biden may be so senile he can’t control his impulses for the one thing that is still taboo in society. And he is the most “mainstream” candidate the Democrats have. If he becomes president he will do whatever his handlers tell him to do (except for hands off little girls).
