Sorry, but I can't give Biden a pass. Besides being a member of the coup cabal, Biden has enriched himself and his family using his office. The Ukraine deal involving his son and the threat of cutting off US aid if the Ukrainian prosecutor was allowed to continue investigating his son is one example. Peter Schweizer of Clinton Cash fame has written a new book, Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends that is devastating for Biden and how his son, Hunter Biden, benefited from the former Vice President's dealings with foreign countries.
Biden is a criminal who needs to be investigated for his behavior.

I’ll grant you that the Ukraine deal with Biden’s son smells like crime, I’d forgotten about that.
What I was thinking of was the coup, the conspiracy. I don’t think that Biden would participate in subverting the government and trying to overthrow Trump’s election. But I’m convinced that Obama and Hillary are up to their eyeballs in it and soon the whole world will get to see the proof.

Biden attended the January 5th meeting. He was part of the cabal. They never would have allowed him to be present if he wasn’t.
The Chinese deal was just as bad as the Ukrainian one. After 45 years in DC, Biden is part and parcel of the swamp. He is a crooked Dem, which is redundant. He is also an inveterate liar.

As an English major with a 4.0 GPA, who read three novels, five short stories, and did numerous analytical essays on all of them in the past two months, I think my reading skills are fine.

And if you look around on this forum you will probably find it is NOT just me who suspects that Biden may be neck deep in the Obama administration corruption.
So, when a person gets snarky for someone for merely disagreeing with his or her opinion about Biden’s culpability, he or she may reasonably expect chastisement on this forum. Keep doubling down if you prefer.

Name-calling is a personal attack. Your personal attack is against the forum rules and is unwarranted. Resorting to name-calling just underscores that the person doing so cannot win an argument using reason and facts.
Someone who has such a thin skin that he or she is unable to even hear someone disagree with his or her opinion does not have the basic skills to engage in civil and constructive discussion in a public forum such as this one. Such persons should avoid debates altogether.
Additionally, these are the same kinds of attacks that the president must put up with from the media. Your behavior mimics them.
For defending myself, you claim I am bragging. I did not bring up any credentials until you made the false and foolish allegation of me not reading well. And you offered no evidence for any of your criticisms or challenges to what I said.
I suspect that the hostility being displayed on the other end of this conversation represents a fragile and deeply wounded ego that needs to be stroked because it is apparent that even the slightest effort to correct an error results in the responder having a total meltdown.
It’s very sad really. My advice is to step away from the keyboard and spend some time with friends and family. If these are lacking, fix that first. Then maybe the good things such a lonely and sad individual has to share will not be dwarfed by the ridiculous snark and vile hostility toward a fellow conservative patriot, assuming that the responder is one himself (or herself, as the case may be).
But such a person should not continue to take the insane position that defending Biden’s integrity is going to win friends and influence people on this forum. It’s not.
If that is your position, at least have the common sense to expect to have to defend it with evidence instead of just attacking people for disagreeing. I’m not asking for superior wisdom on your part—just a little common sense.
I will retrace your steps which have descended into madness: You stated, based entirely on feeling / emotions, that Biden does not impress you as a criminal. (That’s the essence of the position you put forward in post #13. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I see no facts, evidence, or logic provided to support your position.) I posted why I did not agree using facts and logic in post #18. Nothing in my post was insulting or demeaning to you or even your position. Yet you responded with a snarky insult in post #20.
How should any reasonable person respond to this?
I reiterated my argument in #23 and used your own words against you. Is “could be you” (which is simply restating your snarky “maybe it’s just you”) too much for you to take? There is a saying about people who can’t take it shouldn’t dish it out.
Then in #25 you bark “learn to read” with no reference to what exactly you, in your wild imagination, think I got wrong. Apparently, I’m supposed to not only re-read and find some mysterious, unknown error on my part, I’m also supposed to be a mind-reader because the person who has just resorted to snarky insults cannot be bothered to type a few words to clue someone in to whatever he or she is talking about. Yet such laziness does not prevent this person from opening his or her mouth and putting his or her foot in it.
So I provided evidence in #26 that the post to which I replied was false. I pointed out my credentials and the fact that evidence on this very thread disproves the claim that it is just me as you asserted in #23. Indeed, others DO share my position and it is NOT just me.
Then in response to my logic, reason, evidence, and calm, cool, clear, constructive criticism, you post #27 which contains 33 words on your part of which there are 3 insults, 1 snarky comment, and an assertion with no evidence to back it up. Additionally, in these 33 words you violated the posted rules against personal attacks.
There is a proverb in the Bible about the type of person who does not receive correction, instruction, or reproofs. The Bible uses the word “fool” to describe such a person. My advice is to avoid being a fool.

Your comments made me take a look at your other posts on this forum, and I must say that as far as I can tell you are a fellow conservative patriot.
Further, I made a very forceful retort to your earlier post, however, I wish to cut you some slack because I see you are dealing with the stress of discussing something on another thread with a person whom I consider to be the single most obtuse member of this forum but whom I will not name.
So any snarky comments perceived to be against me or emotionally driven errors (by my estimation) on your part are completely excused as far as I am concerned. Trying to have a rational discussion with that person is maddening and venting in another thread (such as this one) is completely understandable.
You have my condolences and best wishes FRiend. I will happily accept being called a “dunce” by a person such as yourself who is brave enough to engage in such a debate. Keep fighting the good fight.
