That’s pretty good, and I like that, but the Constitution is at it is.

Anyone wants to change it, they know what they gotta do.

Otherwise I will abide by nothing. Contract over.

If we do away with the electoral college an argument can be made for dissolving state borders as well national ones. Every state can emulate California whether they like it or not.

14th Amendment, Section 2:
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.
The 14th Amendment explicitly demands that the people of a state get to vote, and that THEIR vote counts.

I have argued this point endlessly here at FR. By all means, make the election about Congressional Districts instead of “winner-take-all” by states. It immediately enfranchises the Upstate NY Republicans and the Houston/Austin Democrats in Texas.

Nebraska and Maine already do this. No Constitutional Amendment required. It could be accomplished at the state level by legislation. The Dems in CA and NY would not be motivated to make the change, though.

Roe v. Wade inexorably led to infanticide.

The 17th Amendment leads inexorably to abolishing the Electoral College.

Progressive is the name for the American brand of communism. The Frankfurt School never ceases its Long March.

LOL!

I can’t wait to see what happens in these states when the voters learn their votes no longer count.

Several someones need to educate the millenial morons— and show them that this DIS enfranchises their votes to a communistic “vote” not unlike hitlery’s treatment of Bernie Sander’s delegates in the DNC— the “super delegate” has more vote power... just because we say so. Millenials can make the connection— that removing Electoral College allows E and W coast Leftist minorities— those FACTIONs to control the outcome. Precisely why the Founders created the Electors system— to prevent European style monarchist like factions, vs. less populated regions.
