Partner, I have used this term since all time since my Dad's friends would start out by saying "Partner, this and Partner that" and they used this term quite a bit. You really have to live in Texas or the South to appreciate how we use this term was used a lot.

I know that times have changed quite a bit since a was young boy and I did hear this term being used back then, but today not as much as when I was younger.

Partner, the country of Vietnam looks a whole lot different that when the U.S. was there and left in 1974.

In fact, every video or aerial photo I have seen of the country of Vietnam show they are not a communist country anymore. I really think that Vietnam embraces U.S. leaders and the technological prowess that we posess.
