I was just listening to Bill Whittle, and Scott Ott made a great point:

It's either Nationalism or Racism...so which is it, my Liberal friend? Are you a Racist or are you a Nationalist? Because you are engaging (Bill Whittle interjects with "Boom!") in you are a Fabulist...you are someone who comes up with amazing tales about things that just aren't so, you're an obscurantist...you're somebody who is intentionally darkening, intentionally hiding the true nature of a situation so you can justify this set of beliefs that are utopian and in your own mind should just work..."

I’m seeing videos on Youtube claiming that the Venezuelan economic collapse is all the US fault due to the sanctions.

They don’t go into why the US put sanctions on other than to say that the US doesn’t like their decision to go socialist.

I guess when you run out of other people’s money, you also have to be getting low on excuses too.

Hugo Chavez was like one of those Ponzi scheme people who kicked the bucket at the right time after amassing all that wealth.

I saw that his daughter (María Gabriela Chávez) is worth $4.2 billion.

That is a 4.2 with a “B”. One can only imagine all the other people at the top dipping their hands freely into that socialist pot and enriching themselves and their family.

It would be no different here. Not at all. It makes me angry to even consider it.
