I’m....I’m speechless...The last freaking thing I ever expected.
Sullivan’s used everything but signal flags to tell Flynn he’s willing to toss this case and....
are you sitting down?
FLYNN WON’T LET HIM.
Flynn is *determined* to be sentenced.

The only think I can think of is that Flynn knows a Trump pardon is coming, otherwise I have no idea why he just rolled over so completely here with the SC team having been caught in several questionable things.
Sullivan telling Flynn he sold his country out.

DID FLYNN COMMIT TREASON?
Sullivan is now asking the special counsel’s office whether it ever considered charging Flynn with treason.
Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack struggles to answer, saying it wasn’t considered.
NIKK...what the HECK???
Sullivan describes Flynn’s crime as a “very serious offense” — a high ranking government official lying to the FBI, and doing it “while on the physical premises of the White House.”
One final time, and still sounding skeptical, Sullivan asks Flynn, “If you want to proceed because you are guilty of this offense...”
Flynn says he is, and wants to proceed.
Sullivan accepts the plea.
Mueller prosecutor Brandon van Grack haltingly tells Sullivan it is a “possibility” that Flynn is still cooperating with the special counsel’s office.
Judge Sullivan is giving Flynn yet another chance to delay — now telling him it’s his “prerogative” whether to move forward — because he hasn’t necessarily finished offering helpful information to the government that might mitigate a sentence.
Muscles McSexington
He plead guilty a year ago, how long does cooperation take? Once you are sentenced, that’s it. Flynn can tell them to piss off right after and they can’t touch him. So, there is no more cooperation unless he volunteers out of the goodness of his heart.

See the questions that were just asked in court about Flynn’s exposure with the indictments that were unsealed yesterday. This is just a narrow sliver of all the stuff they have him dead to rights on and can still charge him on if Flynn breaks the agreement.
Muscles McSexington
But what does he have left to give? Even assuming he has stuff on Trump or others, he pled a year ago. How long does it take? Just sounds like nonsense to make the media happy. Trump will pardon him anyway and he knows it.

“I cannot recall any incident where the court has ever accepted the plea of someone who maintained he was not guilty,” Sullivan said.
I heard that. Now saying he may still be charged with being an unregistered agent of foreign government (Turkey). Flynn’s associates were charged yesterday.
Possibility of jail time.
We’ve been told for over a year that Flynn has a story to tell & when he gets his day in court, it will all come out & Flynn will be exonerated & a hero.
Well, so far, it doesn’t seem to be going according to this script.
At this point it doesn’t look good for Flynn & it certainly isn’t going to reflect well on Trump. If he has a story to tell, he better get it out fast.
Between this and the NYAG dissolving the Trump Foundation and continuing a lawsuit against Trump and his children I beginning to feel defeated. This has been the plan, to have the State of NY bring the whole family down.
If it comes down to Trump pardoning him, that will NOT look good in the eyes of many.
I was just going to say the same thing. How can Trump pardon a guy who the judge said this:
Judge Sullivan tells Flynn that serving as unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as National Security Adviser means arguably you sold your country out. Judge says he cant hide his my disgust, my disdain.
1) Sounds to me like Sullivan a) has given Flynn every chance to help him [Sullivan] throw the case out b) that Flynn is flat scared of what Mulehead has/will do re: Turkish stuff, even if Sullivan takes it upon himself to toss it c) Sullivan gave Mulehead a chance to explain why if what Flynn did was so bad, it wasn't treated as treason; and now announces a recess after saying that the court had never taken a guilty plea from an innocent person.
In short, sounds like Sullivan is trying his damndest to let Flynn walk and trying to expose the gubment.
I think Sullivan was warning Flynn one last time that what he has done was extremely severe (in Sullivan's eyes) & could warrant big prison.
IOW, poor Flynn is being squeezed between prosecutors who have him on something else (Turkey) & who can further bankrupt him and a judge trying to do the right thing but who, if no one will play ball, is gonna kick Flynn's butt.
Praying for Flynn.

Me... I figured there was a reason the indictments on Flynn’s partners in Turkey were unsealed yesterday.
Me, too.
Declaring GOD’S Promise over Gen. Flynn:
No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the LORD. - ISAIAH 54:17
