Corker helped broker agreement to get the votes so the Senate could actually call up the House passed bill. Worked with McConnell/Schumer & Pence, Mulvaney & Kushner. The deal is no other votes in the Senate until they have a final deal

Sorry, should have read further. Yeah I hate it when they are so busy congratulating themselves on doing something minor. They need to try doing a real job.
So here's where we are:
House version of spending bill still doesn't have the votes to pass Senate.
They're going to keep negotiating until they can reach a deal that works for Senate + House + POTUS.
If they reach that before midnight, no "shutdown." If after, a "shutdown."

That’s a good point that I didn’t think of. For him to be able to have raised 13 million dollars just a few days before Christmas, when most people have run out of money, is especially amazing.
