If I read/heard it correctly, Corker said that he is retired and won’t come back for the vote. Too bad he can’t lose his pension for QUITTING before his term is up.
I agree, how did these people get away with not doing their job? How many of us can just leave our job early and still get paid?

Lol, my dog is a 5 pound Yorkie. He is smaller than all of the Cats. He would love that idea! Free access to cat food, oh boy!
Actually we do have a cat door that goes outside. Right now the dog is the only one that can use it because he has a chip on his collar. I could get Max a collar, put a chip on it and then he could go out when he wants.
He was a formerly feral cat that I adopted 15 years ago. And I’m guessing he’s probably 16 or 17, so he spends most of his time sleeping inside. But he still likes to go outside now and then and acts kind of cooped up if he doesn’t get to go. We have a fenced backyard so he is safe out there. Although it’s pretty cute, he likes to follow me and the dog around the property for our walks. If I shut the gate behind us then he stands at the gate meowing terribly, feeling abandoned.
Organizer of the Rally has found out the group declares to be atheist but worship the winter soltice and appear to be a pagan/luciferian group. They have millions $. but only 4,000+ followers nationwide. Less that fifty in Indiana. Have appeared numerous time on Oprah.
My gut says it’s a shake down group! Am hoping we countersue for damages and mental stress.
Felt a bit sorry for graduates of Everything’s Totally Socialist University last Saturday; having to endure a commencement speech from that Trump-hating dwarf.

I canceled my physical therapy for today oh, it is pouring out and my mailman is an idiot. He will stick packages in the rain oh, shove them into the mailbox so tight that I can’t even get them out, even folded up a large envelope and stuck it in the receptacle where the newspaper is supposed to go. And then the newspaper carrier had nowhere to put it.
I’m expecting some packages today and don’t want them ruined. So I figured I would stay home and intercept them.
Funny, UPS and FedEx always gets it right here. But I’ve had horrible USPS mail carriers in California and now in Tennessee. I guess job security makes people complacent and irresponsible.

Lol, I haven’t heard that one. I don’t suppose ETSU is any different than any other university, full of liberal professors. Even back in the 80s, I had a history Professor that was moving to Australia because it couldn’t stand capitalism. And of course he was allowed to say anything he wanted in the class room. Luckily the majority of my professors were engineering professors who had real jobs on the side. Most had their own Consulting businesses. They were anything but liberal. But they didn’t bring their views into the classroom, they were very professional. I’ve been wondering if things are still the same, or if even the engineering and math professors have become liberal.
These groups are really dispicable!
But I guess we should pray for them, that will make their day.

We gave up the kitchen table for the cats. That’s where they eat and the dog can’t get to it. As for going out in the middle of the night, nope, sorry not happening no matter how loud you meow.
