Why would anyone allow such behavior to occur beyond the first time? Why allow it to continue for 17 years? Money?
Hairdressing is not a rare occupation. There are plenty of places this woman could have worked without fear of sexual abuse, though the tips might not be as good.
This woman accuses Hirono & her fellow Dems of hiding Inouye’s crimes to retain power & wealth. I don’t doubt that. Yet she apparently accepted the sexual abuse as an unspoken condition of employment, to retain her own power & wealth.
So, without corroboration, she is no more credible than Christine Ford.
As Anita Hill said, when asked on the Today Show in 1998 about Clinton’s ‘relationship’ with Lewinsky, ‘well, you really have to consider his voting record’. Not kidding. I told my far Leftist sister about this at the time and she didn’t care. So, it’s ok if Dems do it but, if it’s a Republican, he should be ruined and then sent to prison.
Sorry but liberal hypocrisy is not news, and neither is their utter lack of caring and concern for anyone but themselves.
Yes, he was a war hero to be admired and lauded for his actions on the battlefield.
As a senator he was a sexual abuser and to be condemned for such.
Democrats have no shame.
