Interesting and I love the Judge but someone had posted documents here on FR showing that they resolved issue with bank and case resolved. So much we don’t know about the liar and the people who raised her.
Why if her dad managed a country club or was involved with CIA as some stories say would they face foreclosure? Her mystery life reminds me of the fictional Obama.
In the punished bankruptcy court records, her middle initial is listed as “K”.
Her supposed grandfather only had one child listed in the death notice, and that was a son.
Great grandfather is still possible I guess.

In a people search, she’s listed with a K middle initial. Relatives shown are her immediate family. Others in that area of the country with Deak last name are about 20 years younger than her. She went to Garden City High School but no location. Several same name HS around the country but maybe the one in NY. A quick search doesn’t reveal her maiden name.
