I’d actually be willing to pay $15 a year, to get a once-a-month live performance by Jordan Peterson. Just sell subscriptions to it, and beam across the nation. I think you easily find 200,000 people who’d sign up for some kind of once-a-month episode.

He does make it a point to put everything he does up at YouTube for free. (the long-form material, his classes, etc. including all the TV Ontario episodes.)
He has a patreon account with video Q&A perks, etc., but all those have eventually been posted at YT. For the private venues, he rents the theater up-front, has his own audio/video team, & sells the tickets.
