I had read that when Napolitano issues that policy, it had an end date. Thats what Im saying the court doesnt have the power to change.
Does the policy as written not have an end date?
issues = issued
The writer of this article is an idiot.
The ONLY thing that the Supremes (4 of them) did was to say, in essence, “Hey, the normal way of doing things around here is to appeal a District Court decision that you don’t like to the Circuit Court for that District, not to us. We’re not going to make a special exception for this case. If you lose at the Circuit Court level, we’ll decide THEN if we’ll hear the case and, if so, THEN rule on the merits.”
That is ALL - this is a procedural decision. I don’t pretend to like it, but NOTHING was decided about the DACA people except that their case would be heard by the 9th Circus before the Supreme Court.
All of these people running around with their hair on fire have a reading comprehension problem.
No it does not.
There was a cutoff for when the illegal alien had to be in the country to qualify, but renewals of the two year permits could be had indefinitely.
The problem is not POTUS! The problem is A.G. Jeff Sessions and his liberal Justice department, therein lies the snakes who are causing all these failures.
Supreme court just changed President into Emperor. TRUMP should just outlaw liberalism and the Democratic party.
I see. Thank you.
Actually, it was a routine ruling.
Basically tell the lower courts to either show legal precidence or piss off and ignore them. It’s time these judicial tyrants get spanked.
