Robert Mueller was Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 2001 to 2013. He was appointed by George W. Bush to a 10 year term. Barack Obama extended his term by 2 years. He did not step down.

And those three things that applied to the 13 trolls also apply to Christopher Steele, FusionGPS, PerkinsCoie, the DNC and the Clinton Campaign.

Mueller is saying EVERYONE who says anything against a candidate can be indicted. JimRob could be indicted for not reporting fundraising to the FEC! These indictments is an assault against free speech.

The SC has already ruled that all speech for or against a politicial candidate is protected. That’s why Harry Reid could say Romney didn’t pay taxes for ten years and get away with it.

Chris Steele may want to get before Nunes, Grassley and Goodlatte before he’s railroaded into an indictment by the Clintonistas.

So, for Mueller and the rest of the Never-Trumpers...mission accomplished.

Don’t they also apply to illegal aliens living here in America politically engaging in activities for amnesty, including the Dreamers?

Mueller is the current FBI Director so why is he being referred to as a Special Counsel?

Christopher A. Wray is the current FBI director. Mueller is special counsel appointed by Rod Rosenstein.

These indictments raising issues of foreigners interfering with our federal elections should put the fear of God into Democrats. If holding rallies and making false allegations are indictable offenses, illegals voting are even more concrete criminal acts.

Thank you for posting this excellent five-point brief by Robert Barnes. Every FReeper should read it and contemplate its immediate and longer term implications.

Rosenstein and Muller have opened a very wide door that appears to have Trump's name on it, but which is actually sized for the Obama/Clinton plotters. By charging foreign agents for political interference without any collusion with American citizens, they have prepared the ground to indict foreigners and Americans involved in actual collusion and bribery between Russia and the Clinton campaign and the Secretary of State's private foundation.

The legal ground has also been prepared to prosecute unregistered foreign agents and American co-conspirators who organize and finance their political rallies and advertising campaigns promoting illegal immigration.

And by this curious new standard, our modern State Department is fair game for overseas indictments, with Geoffrey Pyatt and Victoria Nuland now personally exposed to foreign prosecution for organizing and financing the 2014 Ukraine coup (should Ukraine pull back into Russia's orbit). The potential blow back for "diplomats" using State Department cover to "spread American influence" in sovereign nations is huge and potentially deadly.

Two scriptures keep coming to mind:
"He has dug a pit and hollowed it out, And has fallen into the hole which he made."
Psalm 7:15
"He who digs a pit will fall into it, And he who rolls a stone, it will come back on him."
Proverbs 26:27

I want to know if they're going to begin looking at the Obama state department, for using American tax dollars to meddle in the Israeli election, trying to get PM Netanyahu out of office.

“Flynn set up the sting.”

Don’t comment in code. What “sting”?

It should include them and the activist leaders- many of the leaders have said they are here illegally. Also former Mexican president Fox. These people are all financed by cartels, who have a serious interest in keeping the border open.

“My patience with Sessions and the DOJ is as thin as it can be.”

Mine, too. Sessions goes after Russian trolls while letting the Hitlery and Obama major crimes of sedition go unnoticed.

.......................................................................................

If I were running a betting site, I’d give the odds of Hillary being indicted as 100-1 Against.

If Mueller finds - and reveals - criminal activity in the Clinton organization, you can be sure some little guy will take the fall. - And that will be it. Case closed.

But the Supreme Court intervened and ruled in the 2000 election.

Oh, those crimes of treason and sedition are not “unnoticed” Not by a long shot. Unpunished is the correct term.
