Bill Simon Jr. could have won it if his campaign wasn’t so idiotic. Can’t blame the state 100%. Remember the GOP is the stupid party.
Ah-nold, the Austrian Socialist, hated Tom McClintock (even trying to sabotage his Congressional run). Ah-nold wanted to support the execrable leftist L.A. Mayor Tricky Dick Riordan, but when he went to meet with him, realized he had rice pudding for brains and had to run himself and destroy the state and state GOP. Mission accomplished.
