Let me fix my first line.... Damn autocorrect swipe keyboard.
Then you should know how to type in ‘define spam’ in your search/address bar.
I would infer you are a thread nazi. And trash a lot of good threads. You could just add easily private message the poster and the mods. And save everyone the headache of reading your spite.
Basic legal principle. Once a liar, always a liar. It becomes a problem when it applies to a judge. Case law supports dismissal when prosecution caught withholding evidence.
Judge is barely holding on to job as it is, as this is a THIRD trial where she allowed these shenanigans to happen. Since article didn’t give the DOJ ‘opinion’ on the matter, it can be presumed that Sessions is still supporting the judge. This should end badly in order for America to heal.
And none of this was pimping a blog
or spamming
… I mean, there's even a category Bloggers & Personal
in the Browse by Forum menu, so obviously just because it's a plog post doesn't mean it's unwelcome.
BTW the mods should be careful as some states would allow the IP owner to sue FR for posting the full article after the IP owner only posted an excerpt.
Same BS the big companies use can be used by little guys too.
You just can’t help making your idiotic posts, can you? You hit bottom and keep digging your hole deeper.
The Moderator un-excerpts the thread therefor I must be a "thread nazi"?
I'd love to hear about the logic leap that brought you to that conclusion.
His pimpy ass should be run off then.
You’re both a Thread NAZI and an attention whore. Why don’t you spend your time posting duck face selfies on FB instead, and stop polluting FR?
I’m so very sorry you do not like my posts.
Prosecutorial misconduct needs to be addressed by sanctioning the prosecutors, firing them, and disbarring them. Then sue them personally for all damages, as well as the “local” government, if possible. Make Bundy whole!!
Which part though?
Amendment VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right
I embellished on the Disclaimer for FreeRepublic.com very little. Is it only the parts I put in there that are the idiotic parts or is it the whole thing?
It's fairly obvious that none of this is going to happen.
Then sue them personally for all damages, as well as the “local” government, if possible. Make Bundy whole!!
Ha! That's not going to happen — they'll pull out all their little legalistic tricks [legal and illegal] to protect their own.
I think they did more as I mention in another post.

The prosecutors coached the witnesses to control what they would say with witnesses ending up committing perjury.
FBI and or BLM people were lying on the stand IMHO.
As this case rolls along the Constitution is shredded and smeared over and over again.
Where is the “Justice” in the Department of Justice under the new management of Jeff Sessions?
Oh, I have no doubts about what will (not) occur. But that’s what SHOULD happen to these widespread tactics taking over government-backed prosecutors. In the least, a complaint to the state bar should be initiated against these turds.
The FR disclaimer is not annoying, although you could have posted a link instead of inclining it. The annoying part is you hijacking every thread in which you post, like a complete ass. I understand that you just crave attention, but by God, you should do all e rest of us a favor and find another way to boost your ego.
“Inlining,” not, “inclining.”
I don’t think there’s going to be any meaningful actions on it at all — what’s really stupid here, though, is that by proving the Judiciary to be about politics, the elite, and arbitrary/pretenses of [lawful] authority the Judiciary is making themselves irrelevant. That irrelevance to to seeing Justice done, and indeed institutionalizing injustice, is going to breed some brutal bloodshed if things aren’t turned around. (I think there’s a very related reason that The Punisher is enjoying a rise in popularity.)
