Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel released a statement in which he vows “to take decisive action to improve our environment while bettering our communities.” Last year Chicago suffered over two murders a day totaling 762 murders and 4,331 shooting victims.
Democrats don't care for minorities except for their votes.
Is this why I just read an article lastnight that the Phoenix City Council wants to raise our taxes? They are looking to raise property taxes, sales taxes and food taxes at grocers.

I guess that makes sense. Less citizens equals less CO2 emissions equals less global warming equals good for Earth.
