A Treaty, ratified by Congress, has the force of law BUT cannot contradict the Constitution. Otherwise is would be an end-run around the Amendment Clause.

We don't know the damage done to Americans by our political class, past and present.

LBJ ought to be hung for The Great Society program that stole trillions from the productive and was given to the non-productive.

Alger Hiss Was a Soviet spy who worked for FDR and was instrumental in writing the original UN charter.

"Alger Hiss (November 11, 1904 – November 15, 1996) was an American government official who was accused of being a Soviet spy in 1948[1] and convicted of perjury in connection with this charge in 1950. Before he was tried and convicted, he was involved in the establishment of the United Nations both as a U.S. State Department official and as a U.N. official. In later life he worked as a lecturer and author."

"On August 3, 1948, Whittaker Chambers, a former U.S. Communist Party member, testified under subpoena before the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) that Hiss had secretly been a Communist, while in federal service. Called before HUAC, Hiss categorically denied the charge. When Chambers repeated his claim on nationwide radio, Hiss filed a defamation lawsuit against him."

Henry Luce, at the time was owner of Time Magazine and paid all of Whittaker Chanbers legal fees in his defense against Hiss's law suit.

"WTF! Is This A “NEW” Question to some?????????????"

The author of this blog article regularly uses Wikipedia and its ilk as source material.

When you see Ruby (or any of the other bloggers at IWB for that matter) you need not buckle up for the fast track.

These people bow to their masters ONLY and have little regard for the citizens and Constitution.
