MS-13 is famous for beheading victims and even chopping them up. They enjoy torture and this guy was tortured.
Unless he was involved in Black Lives matter (Yes, Muslims are involved in BLM and antifa.) or Muslim activists at school, I don’t see how he could be involved with ISIS.
This does not fit the usual MO for white racists.
