GOP Sued For Not Repealing Obamacare - Fox & Friends
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJC9sc96qUc
At the one minute mark right now CMS Center for Medicare and Medicaid services are putting together a computer based primary care allocation system which is being readied once private health insurance collapses. This is our last chance to save private health insurance. This is our last chance to avoid having a computer decide whether we can live or die. Snip 2:25 min Rocket Docket 2:38 min mark I am going to challenge the GOP to explain what CMS is building. And challenge them to say this is not Obamacare.

Speaking of a senile old coot, here is a prime example.
Rather than throw nothing but criticism and name calling, why not explain your ‘prime example’ of this name calling?
This man is a retired attorney, in VA. He makes valid points.
Did you even watch the video before you popped off?
Thanks for the the ping, when.
Great vid. All should see.
Says 0Care is actually in the stimulus act...that they know they could easily repeal with a 2 page legislation, but they won’t.
Why would anyone, ever again, donate to the RNC when they should donate ONLY to individual candidates holding their views. If I give to RNC, my money could be going to Collins, McCain, and Graham. No way will my bucks go to that. We should ALL dump any donations to the RNC. I like this man’s point.
PING, - for the second time.
Much too important to miss.
This is our last chance to avoid having a computer decide whether we can live or die.
Thanks, WhenIfhow. .
That’s the death panel’s out.
It is not the fault of the entire GOP that legislation has not yet been passed. You think John McCain represents the party? Susan Collins? Get serious.
There is no COLLECTIVE guilt of a political party which any attorney knows. No contract was signed by anyone, nor is a court competent to rule on political matters such as internal party issues. There would have to be evidence supporting his contention, there is NONE.
It is ridiculous on its face and any competent lawyer would know that.
But it does take attention of the weak-minded from the actual enemy of America - the democratmedia. This is so absurd that one needs not watch crackpots when the post clearly illustrates that what this is crackpottery.
One of the reasons our legal system is so screwed up is because of frivolous cases like this heretofore the province of the democratmedia.
Well, I’ll give you this, I’ve yet to see a more fitting screen name, arrogant sob.
And, I completely disagree with your reply. GOP can and should hold itself accountable to their base. Where are the so-called GOP conservatives calling out the likes of McShame, Collins and MurCOWski??
We should be hearing Senate conservatives chastising these traitors for not holding to their party’s promise to repeal 0Care.
They are not.
Only the weak minded would make excuses for these pocket lining, career politicians.
I disagree with your points on this one simple refutation: It garners a great publicity score, on an issue of which the public should be continuously reminded.
Reminds me of the Birther Lawsuits in 2011.
Remember they were going to get a single judge to order Obama out of the WH and presidency and reverse every bill and order that he signed, so they claimed.
Got kicked out of every court-room where they tried it.
There are those who believe there is no such thing as bad publicity. I don’t agree.
I am only an arrogantsob, not an arrogant sob. But thanks for playing.
Do you call out your daughters’/sons’ faults before their fiancees?
There needs to be some degree of party unity and that is actually pretty much the case. I seriously doubt if you exposed failures of family, employers before the public.
You also seem unaware that the GOP is the 24/7 target of the entire demoncratmedia so there is no point in piling on and it actually works against your interest. Making the Republican voters demoralized only works to patriots’ disadvantage.
But the point you made about “being accountable to their base” has just what relation to a screw-ball judicial action? I’ll save your brain cells and tell you NONE. What would relief look like? Returned contributions, change of leadership, forcing McCain to be sane, expulsion of the dissenters, mass suicide? There is no practicality about this and the more it is considered the more flaws reveal themselves.
What is important is that people realize it will take decades to turn this leviathan around and to not be impatient with the body constitutionally designed to make changes slowly, the Congress. This one has another year and half to get things done,.
I am only an arrogantsob, not an arrogant sob.
Ha, right. You’ve proven exactly what you are.
Go back to DU with your Alinsky agitation tactics.
No one is ‘playing’ that game, here.
You cannot refute one statement I made about this absurdity, not one.
The lawsuit is ridiculous.
It will be tossed out of court fast.
Lets sue Trump for asking congress for our $$$ to build the wall when he clearly promised that he would get it from Mexico, and it would be easy.
He would just tax Mexico for it.
Or Mexicans.
Because not one single judge was going to allow the obvious on it's face fraud to be exposed. Not once were any of them kicked out on the merits. They simply weren't allowed to ask the questions and present their evidence.
Yes it is. Unified to subvert out President. I have no doubt, for example, that my Republican senator, Cory Gardner, voted yes on the most recent repeal bill because he was quite confident it would fail. Now the bastard will come back here and brag about his vote.
