Should be at least four years for such insurrection.
Thankfully he was convicted of a felony, but that sentence is only appropriate if he identifies his fellow fascists and testifies against them.
He should have gotten 4 years for assault with intent to MAIN, which is a far more serious charge than AWDW (Deadly weapon), thought the latter could have been brought against him too.
We must pass laws outlawing known violence groups (KKK, Antifa, Black Bloc, Red Bloc, Revolutionary Communist Party (Rev.com), from wearing masks, socks (which can be loaded with locks, rocks, soap bars, etc), and gloves (which are also loaded with metal).
Make it a felony to do any of the above.
Time to stop the Marxist psychopaths and their affiliated from perpetrating the violence that they started in Seattle/WTO protests in 2000 (which was planned by at least two known Marxists, one of whom was Prof. Walden Bello (Philippine’s commie and supporter of the Maoist NPA terrorists).
Florida’s felon voting laws are fairly strict as well.
The lock attacker was convicted of assault and got about 4 years, and was fired.
He should have been charged with attempted murder, assault with attempt to main, assault with a deadly weapon (this might have been the charge), and felonious rioting.
The red bastard got off too easy because it was California (if I remember the case site properly. If it was Oregon/Portland, the same cowardice in sentencing these communist thugs).

Did he enter into a plea bargain? Seems like the trial couldn't possibly have been wrapped up already, otherwise...
An unreliable internet source says Eric Clanton is out on bond, and his preliminary hearing has been set for August 10.
