Does Indonesia extradite to the U.S.? I wonder if Obama’s “List of Places To Be” includes only countries and areas who won’t extradite to America. Maybe he’ll never step foot on USA soil again, if he’s presuming there’s a Federal Grand Jury in session concentrating on his crimes.
