A rebuilt Giants grocery here in Maryland has room labeled ‘men’s room’ that has no urinals but has a baby changing table.

That is for customers.

Hidden in the back is a normal men’s room for the employees which you have to pass an ‘employees only’ sign to get to, not that they will stop you.
