I like the solar panel version. And I would like the high speed train as well. It could start in San Diego go through Tuscan, El Paso, and along the Rio Grand to Brownsville. And it could spur up to cities like Phoenix, San Antonia, and Houston.

Start with the panels so it could watch and detect everything. The train could come in several years. How could the greens hate it. It will be the largest panel field on earth. Maybe even throw a few windmills on the towers. Sell the electricity to Mexico so they can pay for the wall.

As long as the wall keeps out the infamous espaldas mojadas and the mulas cartelescos I’m OK with a big wall and make it soon y bien rapido

I think you’re correct. Fencing with sensors in rural areas. Only the sensors shouldn’t be so obvious. A mix of decoy sensors and actual sensors that overlap. Backed up by mobile units. A wall is needed in urban areas, with gates. Barriers channelize traffic. We want to channelize both the people and the merchandise that cross the border to make sure it’s all legal. One more thing: no welfare and no sanctuary cities and no anchor babies. Let’s stop encouraging people to cross the border illegally.

The Feds can spend as much as they want on this one. I’ve never asked the Feds for one thing my entire taxpaying life. This one I want.

Walls are apolitical and can’t be turned off or left in disrepair.

Or you could build the wall that has areas where there are steel rods or concrete columns going deep in the ground with above ground openings wide enough for only small animals to go back and forth.

I would like to see it where some sections are steel bars or concrete columns going deep in the ground where small animals can travel back and forth. I just want to make sure we have a good wildlife habitat too.

I quite agree. We do not want to create genetic bottlenecks on either side of the wall for animals and plants. There needs to be certain parts of the wall which are open enough to allow wildlife but NOT HUMANS to cross. Not even human children.
