MSM are making this sound like a SHAKEUP, but it isn’t. Note the spin from CNBC in the headline, but within the article it says:
Bannon originally served on the committee as a check against Michael Flynn before Flynn was ousted as National Security Advisor, a top White House official told NBC News. However, Bannon only attended one meeting and felt he was no longer needed in that role after the selection of H.R. McMaster as national security advisor.
McMaster, who Bannon wanted in the role, was given authority to reorganize the committee when he joined the White House, according to NBC.
National Security Council shake-up: Bannon out, Rick Perry in

However, DEEP WITHIN THE ARTICLE...
Crimenently! You’d think they dragged Bannon out into the courtyard and stretched his neck by the shrieks of the media.
I’d say that the “roll out” was not real effective here, or maybe it no longer matters.
Good job, Steve! The timing makes perfect sense. Once again, Trump is/was way ahead of everyone else.
With all the Obama toadie-meida play you’d a thought that Bannon got royally ash-canned.
I hope this means NSA agents will stop visiting Pastor Paul Begley and his wife and threatening them over their goofy you tube videos.
After he was told by the agent he could have a car accident, a car ran a red light and t-boned him on the road. He came out of it sore, but okay.
I doubt Trump can clean up what Obama has done with the NSA in turning it against his “right wing” enemies. Everyone remember the categories of “extremist” enemies named by Obama at Homeland inSecurity? Christians who believe in the end times, people who undermine globalism, people who support gun rights, veterans, etc.
