Sad thing is, this is what young people are being taught to think.
I filled out a form for one son, and they gave me a list of races for me to check. There were about 10. Every one listed a geographical description of the person’s race. The last one did not; it just said White. How racist. White people also have a geographical history. They come from Europe. Why do every other kind of American have a proud geographical heritage, but the lowly people with beige or pink skin have only a faux color?
EVERY young person of mixed race today is PROUD of their other race and plays down their white heritage. White is something to be slightly ashamed of if nonwhites are around. There is no other heritage to be ashamed of in our society.
We treat whites, in mixed groups, as if they don’t exist and as if they aren’t quite as good.
Where did we lose the wonderful goal of color blindness? All children need to feel ok in their own skin. We need to NOT promote any race or difference above the others.
Besides segregation would give this clown and those like him a "Safe Space!"
