When Trump gave a judge standing in a matter that had none he did himself a vast disservice. These animals are going to bury the administration under litigation.

Maybe they were “meant to guard against politicization”. I doubt it very much. The Obama administration politicized the government more than I have ever seen in my lifetime.
“Lawfare”...this is the left’s third front in the war on constitutional America. The political/cultural activists, the media and the courts(from Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit several years ago). Let us be prepared for it and pray that the elites, in doing this, alienate themselves from a good majority of the American electorate.

Rush made this point yesterday by stating he hoped the libs keep pressing their insane agenda items in public because it is the strongest case against them. He claims Trump has forced them to bring their platform out in the open and defend it, i.e., transgender bathrooms, higher taxes, open borders, police condemnation, etc. The more they harp on these items, the deeper they dig their hole.
